Let’s find your path to peace.

Are you grappling with guilt or struggling with shame? Are you and your partner finding yourselves in the same dysfunctional patterns of thinking, relating, and reacting? Are you trying to navigate a difficult relationship with your parents while trying to break cycles for your children? Are you a stay-at-home mom trying to carve out time for yourself or a working mom trying to juggle it all? I've been there.

Finding peace is a process that often involves boundary work, inner child healing, and grace for all involved. It is complicated, at times confusing, and sometimes downright daunting. It is not something that should be navigated alone. It’s just too much for one parent to hold, and we are meant to heal in community.

I blend a decade of experience in supporting individuals, families, and groups with my training in psychotherapy, coaching, and holistic healing to help you navigate this journey.

I am a psychotherapist trained in Psychodynamic Theory, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Family Centered Treatment. I also have a graduate certificate in Family Life Coaching. I am a Reiki Master Teacher of four energy healing systems and a practitioner of six,

I am the founder of the Whole Self-Healing System, a somatic healing system that blends eastern energy healing with western psychotherapeutic coaching to help you heal your mind, body, and spirit.

I am also the founder of the Whole Self Care System, an evidence-based self-care framework that helps you asses where your needs are not being met so you can take actionable steps to improve your wellbeing. We’ll examine your nutritional, holistic, lifestyle, relational, and exercise needs in order to create a personalized path for you. Whole Self Care produced statistically significant decreases in anxiety and perceived stress in an evaluative research study conducted at the University of NC at Wilmington.

Together, we’ll find your path to peace. When you're ready, reach out. I’ll be here.

Call to the Cycle Breakers

None of us had a perfect childhood.
Because parents are not perfect.
Even if they did the best they could…
we still carry unconscious family patterns.
And sometimes we carry trauma.

Where does it show up?
In our relationships.
Especially with our children.

What does that look like?
Triggers: Fight. We yell at them.
Flight. We leave the house.
Hide in a closet.
Freeze. We go numb.
Fawn. We people-please
to the point of exhausting ourselves.

But there is hope in healing.
Patterns can be acknowledged.
Cycles can be broken.
Connection can replace control.

We can awaken
to the unconscious scripts
that run inside our heads.
And rewrite them.

For ourselves.
For our children.
For their children.
And our ancestors
Who believed

they were broken
Are cheering us on.

As we put the pieces together
For their descendants,

liberating them

as we heal ourselves whole.
